Pallet conveyor belt for food

Description: 

The conveyor belt with blades is used in the transport of dry sands or with special standards also for food use. Depending on the needs, they can be installed both horizontally and in an inclined position. The conveyor belt is made up of EPDM profiles shaped like “pallets” fixed to the base of the belt and positioned equidistant from each other. Thanks to the presence of these “pallets” the material does not disperse remaining on the carpet and facilitating transport. The belt runs on stainless steel rollers supported by the supporting structure and is powered by a gearmotor located at the base.

Operation:

Once the material has been loaded from the hopper installed at the start of the machine, the latter through the “pallets” is transported upwards and then unloaded into special containers or onto other machinery.
