Round filter

The liquid to be treated enters the feed tank, specially shaped to slow down and distribute the flow and crosses the filtering surface of the cylinder from the outside which rotates at a low speed thanks to a geared motor unit. Solid particles are retained on the cylinder surface and are then removed by the scraper blade. The treated liquid, to exit, crosses the cylinder in the lower part again, from the inside to the outside, exerting an effective counter-washing action of the filtration ports. In this way, the part of the cylinder that is presented to the power supply is always clean.
For periodic cleaning operations, the R. model is equipped with an internal high pressure washing device.
The particular shape of the filter body makes the R model unique in its kind, the unexposed filtering system thus remains protected inside the machine for longer lasting operation and safer use by operators.
