Thermal shock modules

The thermal shock can be done with electric resistance plates with temperatures up to 700 ° C or with IR emitters. The opening of the upper part is facilitated by means of a pneumatic piston, it is also possible to adjust the height not only of the entire module but also in a different way between inlet and outlet. The electrical power and control panel is mounted on the module; on request, various positions with quick coupling sockets are also possible. The shock module is required to initiate a first vulcanization on a small surface layer in order to stabilize those parts of the profile which, due to their particular geometry, are particularly delicate, plus it gives the profile a smoothness and a discreet gloss on the surface. The module is completely independent from the next line, it is assembled on wheels therefore it can be easily inserted or removed if the type of profile produced is changed.
