Description
The microdoser is used for dosing microproducts (for example food colors, preservatives, etc.) that require extreme precision. All parts in contact with the treated material are in stainless steel or painted steel. A stirrer reel is installed upstream of the dosing auger, which breaks granules and encrustations formed in the silo, and serves to fluidize the material thus giving the same pressure weight on the body of the auger. It is possible to vary the flow rate with a frequency converter, or inverter. Modular replacement of dosing parts is possible by installing different tools. The entire structure and components are completely removable for proper and thorough cleaning.
